When to Replace

  • Water is leaking from the top of the filter at the bump handle.
  • The bump handle is difficult to push down or pull up.
  • Visible signs of wear, cracking, or degradation on existing O-rings or washers.
  • During routine filter maintenance or when replacing the main shaft.

Installation Tips

  • Always shut off the pump and release system pressure before starting service.
  • Clean the shaft and all component grooves of any old debris before installing new parts.
